Yes, you can map any object from Dynamics to CLM. Please review the installation guide provided as part of your Getting Started Materials for detailed steps.
The user may not be licensed to access the connector (see Install Guide) or they may not be logged into CLM at the same time. Have them open a new tab and log into CLM and refresh the widget on the original tab.
This capability is possible and requires configuration in DocuSign CLM workflow. Contact Us to review your requirements.
You will need to contact DocuSign Support to enable ”Advanced Mode” for Document Generation. A sample support request is included in the Doc Gen Configuration Guide provided with your Getting Started materials.
